Who We Are

We are a studio focused on actually moving our bodies, gaining mobility, flexibility, strength, and skills. Each teacher will be offering their own unique style and meaning of intensity, feel free to send us a message so we can connect you with what type of class you are looking for.

As the owner, I started teaching yoga in the Scranton in 2012 and really enjoyed the community at that time, lots of classes that really pushed my practice to improve from poor mobility and lack of bodyweight skill to splits and handstands.

As there are some great studios in the area, but they didnt quite match what I was looking for, as well as being a busy single dad, it was challenging to get to city often to train circus arts, so I decide to create the space I wish I could go to so others could enjoy it as well.

We do try to offer a diverse range of classes so not everything will be sweaty or intense.

Our Yoga classes will be open for all levels, and with modifications they can be tailored to your personal level while still remaining challenging enough to create positive change in your body you can really see and feel.

    YOGA, HANDSTANDS, ACRO

I’ve been teaching yoga for 12 years and acro since 2017. Having ehle,s danlos syndrome, Ive always had stabilty issues in my joints. After lots of knee dislocations, and injuries, I found yoga. I helped me so much I got obsessed and was teaching within 2 years of starting my practice. Teacher trainng consisted of a semi private teacher training with the owner of a local studio in Scranton as well as teacher training modules at Laughing Lotus NYC. Since 2015 I’v been an amateur base for standing acrobatics as well as training lots of acroyoga with friends and partners. Mainly training in NYC where I often get to train with professional acrobats and get to pass on some of that knowledge in my acro and handstand classes.

    YOGA TEACHER

I started practicing yoga while in college at Bloomsburg University. I began practicing yoga with the hope of finding some relaxation and improving flexibility. After a few years of developing my practice, I realized yoga was so much more than being flexible. It is an entire lifestyle. Then I knew that I wanted to share yoga with others and become an instructor. I received my training at StudioB Yoga Center. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe and welcomed with an intention to help others deepen their practice throughout their yoga journey.
